PocketPapi Privacy Policy

Last updated August 29, 2026. This policy explains how PocketPapi handles information in the command center, connected customer sites, and the PocketPapi mobile app.

Information we handle

When an organization uses PocketPapi, we may handle account name, email address, workspace membership, project and site configuration, support conversations, leads, tasks, and other information the organization chooses to store. Connected integrations may provide account identifiers, publishing status, reviews, or other site-scoped activity.

The PocketPapi mobile app uses the organization’s selected site or command-center account to show the authorized workspace data described in the app. It does not contain an MCP bearer token or a private signing credential.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, provide site-building and workspace features, synchronize authorized site activity, display support conversations and leads, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and respond to requests. We do not use customer workspace content to create public marketing claims.

Security and sharing

Authentication sessions and API tokens are handled as protected credentials; bearer values are not written to troubleshooting logs. Integration credentials are protected by the installation’s encryption configuration. Information is shared with a connected provider only when an authorized organization enables that integration or requests the related operation. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and requests

Organizations control the workspace information they submit and may ask the account administrator to correct or delete it. To request account or data assistance, use the Help Center and include the workspace, site, and a clear description of the request. We may retain limited security and audit records when needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Children

PocketPapi is a business workspace and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about this policy can be submitted through the Help Center.
